In case you should experience issues with your LED lights, then please try following steps to troubleshoot:
👉 Step 1
Check if the status LED light is solid red while charging. If it's blinking, then there is an issue with the lights or the charger. In this case, please go to Step 2.
👉 Step 2
If the state of charge (SOC) of the led lights is below 10%, then wireless charging might not work. In such a case please use the supplied black short USB-A to USB-C cables to charge the lights. The status LED light should then show solid red. If it's still blinking, then go to Step 3.
👉 Step 3
The USB-C cable and/or power adapter that you are using might not be compatible with the LED light. Please try another cable and/or power adapter to see if that solves the issue. In case you should still experience the problem, then please get in touch with Rock Mapper support (see Get in Touch in upper right)
