No software is perfect. Should you encounter any issues, then please check following:
๐ 1. iPadOS version
Make sure your iPad is running the latest version of iPadOS. To update go toย Settings > General > Software Update
๐ย 2. Rock Mapper version
Make sure to run the latest version of Rock Mapper. Check our Changelog to learn about the latest release of Rock Mapper. In order to update the app, please follow the steps as outlined in this article.ย
๐ย 3. Available iPad storage capacity
Check your iPad's storage capacity; it might have run out of storage. Go toย Settings > General > iPad Storage
๐ 4. Close Apps running in the background
Apps & processes running in the background might consume too much memory and can lead to instabilities during advanced processing steps (such as LiDAR scan mesh processing). Therefore, use the App Switcher to close all other apps.ย
