Adjust iOS Settings

    For best usability, please make sure to adjust following iOS/iPadOS Settings. 

    👉 Number Format

    Go to iOS Settings > General > Language & Region and chose the correct Number Format. Pick the correct Decimal Separator as it will be used for exported CSV files.



    👉 Keyboard / Virtual Keyboard

    Go to iOS Settings > General > Keyboard and DISABLE following Keyboard properties:
    • Auto-Capitalisation
    • Auto-Correction
    • Show Maths Results
    • Check Spelling
    • Enable Caps Lock
    • Shortcuts
    • Smart Punctuation
    • Enable Key Flicks
    • "." Shortcut



    👉 Enable Dark Mode

    Go to iOS Settings > Display & Brightness > Appearance and switch to Dark. When working in dark environments such as an underground mine, then Dark Mode is the preferred option because then your eyes don't have to adjust to bright / white colours on the screen.
