This problem isĀ notĀ related to the Rock Mapper Cloud Account but is caused by Windows. There are several options which can result in this issue:
- Hardware:Ā network card's power saving feature terminating the connection
- Network:Ā group policy settings for the drive
- Settings:Ā auto-disconnect feature (seeĀ here)Ā
For some clients adjusting associated settings have eliminated the issues. However, we highly recommend to use an alternative option toĀ connect to your Cloud Account. Simply remove the mapped network drive and follow the steps as outlined forĀ Option 2Ā in this article.
